S. H.We had a wasp nest dealt with last year (back), and again this year (front), under the house eaves. Liam is great and a great expert. This is a friendly, expert, efficient, no-fuss firm - what more could you want! We're very grateful.
M. I.He did a fantastic job with my mice issue on the loft. He came out initially to assess what was going on but after finding no droppings or any signs initially i thought we may be hearing things. But that same night we 100% heard little mice footsteps in the loft. So we called him again to come out and lay bait down and see if we can trick this cheeky little mice into eating it. Luckily we did hear that mice come that same evening to give us company and i can tell it was excited with the food. The pest controller came out after two weeks to confirm that a small amount of bait was taken and since that evening we have never heard anything. Seems like the yummy bait food helped for now. Knowledgeable, came on time and was professional and clean. Amazing job.

A. F.This is the second time I have used Pure Pest Solutions. Despite calling after hours on a Sunday, I was extremely lucky to get the call answered in person and to arrange a visit the following day. They came early after a phone call to check that was okay and explained what they were going to do, tidied up after themselves very well and briefed me on what to expect in terms of wasp behaviour and also to let them know if the wasps were still around after a couple of days so they could come back and redose the next if required.

D. S.Arrived on time, and within a few working hours of placing my call. Although the wasps nest was in a hard to reach location they had the equipment to get to it. Liam did a great job exterminating the nest and explaining all that was happening. Would happily use again, though I rather hope not to have to!

C. P.I’ve got bed bugs - oh dear! I’m a 30 something grown up with a house in London, not an 18 year old on a gap year. This is terrible! After 8 weeks of hoping it was mosquitoes, we concede ld to the fact we found one small bed bug. I was actually recommended this company via another pest control company (which says a huge amount) as we needed the full heat, steam and spray service. I liaised over WhatsApp with Tom so was able to send photos and he was super responsive and clear. They booked me in 2 days later and the two chaps that attended were discreet and kind, putting my anxiety at ease and reassuring me I wasn’t gross! They were highly professional, helpful and tidy. They went through every crack and crevice in the house and when we returned anything that had been moved was nearly replaced (in fact probably more orderly than we had left it.). Communications were clear and we had 7 days to pay the invoice. The service is expensive but you get the full works and the 6 months guarantee is priceless. I’m confident it’s done the job and no more itchy bites.
You can’t put a price on sleeping easy and removing the anxiety and unsightly bites I was getting (my husband didn’t react at all - typical!).
My only comment would be the email instructions were a little tricky to follow and might be better written as a list rather than long text, however any queries I did have were immediately answered.
