N. W.I used BBC to 'bird proof' my solar panels on my home's roof as I had a nuisance issue with pigeons. I found BBC to be very easy to deal with, their service reasonably priced and the installation itself was performed very quickly and professionally. Their work is guaranteed for 10 years too. Highly recommended.
P. B.Having owned the house for a year we were well aware that a small group of pigeons were living under our solar panels. We didn't find them too annoying but the droppings were concerning. Our garden path was plastered with the stuff. I was also concerned about the mess on the roof and in the gutters.
I sent an email to BritishBirdControl and I received a comprehensive reply from Gareth. He talked me through what was involved and the estimated pricing but there was no pressure to buy and I left it for well over two months to consider.
Once I was ready I got back in touch and Gareth put things in motion. We paid the deposit and we were booked in for the work a few weeks later. The two chaps that arrived were on time, polite and professional. They explained what they were doing and then got on with the job.
I believe that they have done a nice tidy job and they sent me the photos to show what had been done. Initially the pigeons spent about two weeks sitting on top of the panels but they eventually got the message and have now relocated down the street on someone else's roof. We haven't had any pigeons hanging around since.
We also had some bird spikes installed down the side of the roof above the garden path and we've had no droppings to deal with either. It's been great.

A. S.Did an absolutely superb job evicting birds from and bird proofing our solar panels at a fraction of the price of the local solar installer who quoted full scaffolding and a separate pest controller.
Excellent from initial contact all the way through to completion and issuing warranty documents. Operatives on the day were prompt, polite and efficient and did the job via ladders.
No further issues with pigeons/doves in the 9 months since- highly recommended.
D. C.British Bird Control answered my enquiry about removal of pigeons that were nesting under our solar panels plus fitting of protective mesh to prevent them returning. They promptly detailed the work that could be undertaken, provided a quote that was better than others, scheduled the work as soon as was possible and delivered on the quote as planned and professionally. Communication with all levels of the company even over weekends and evenings including Managing Director, Health and Safety, logistics and accounts was smooth and polite. On the day the installers cleared the roof of the pigeons and their nests etc., fitted the protective meshes, treated the roof and panels with biocide, and cleared up the area afterwards. They also took photos for me of the work that was done on the roof and all looks to be of a very high quality. A 10 year warranty was also provided.

When the men came to carry out the work on the panels, they were very prompt and came within the time allocated. They worked very efficiently removing the pigeon nests before fitting the protective mesh which was fitted to a high standard.
I am extremely pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend the company to family and friends and anyone else that requires this type of work carrying out.
