Martin did not ask for payment until he confirmed there was a problem with Rat Runs and he had to equipt the loft with traps and bait etc.

After 10 minutes, Mart identified a rat issue, and took the necessary measures to block the entrances, set up traps, and advise us on what to expect and what the next steps would be. Always on hand to help out via text/call, and really good value for money. 100% would recommend.
