I called Nat (from Florida where I live) to attend my Mothers house which was in his area of operations, Portsmouth. She had been complaining of an ant problem but was not too sure who to call. It was obvious after a few minutes I was talking with a Pro who knew what he was talking about, confirming the 5 star Google ratings he was being given. I immediately called my Mum and told her to call Nat and let me know how it went. Due to the time difference she called me the next day and told me how great Nat was and how he explained everything to her, including the process, time it would take and the price, all up front. She was very happy with Nat and the quick, professional service. Definitely recommend, five stars is not enough!

Called in Nat to get rid of a Squirrel problem in my loft space. Nat was very understanding and professional with a solution to our stressful problem. Full inspection of the loft and traps set inside and out. Over the next two weeks Nat made regular visits to check on the progress and was always polite and respectful of the situation. From contacting Nat around 08.30 via a voicemail he returned the call within 20/25 minutes and we couldn’t have wished for a more professional and efficient service. Over the course of a week he returned 3 times to evaluate the situation! He explained everything in fine detail was informative as to what his plan was. That plan was put into action and within that timespan mentioned previous the rodents (rats) were exterminated to my wife and my satisfaction. Nat is a very professional gentleman. He is very credible and his calm confidence puts you immediately at ease. Although problem still hasn't been fully resolved, I couldn't recommend Nat more, as he knows what he's doing and I have every confidence in his skill and expertise. He has visited our home twice now and will continue to do so until the problem is resolved.

Nat did a great job for us when we approached him for help with unwanted rats in our garden. He clearly explained the process he would be taking, explained the type of traps he was laying, how they worked and where he was placing them. He reassured us that what he was doing would not harm the other wildlife that visit our garden. He told us when each follow up visit would be and explained the outcome of each inspection. Pleased to say we don’t appear to have any rats visiting us any more
