From the first conversation with Ashley, to Donald's last visit, Pestforce were excellent. Ashley took lots of time to explain the process over the phone so we could decide on the way forward. Ashley is friendly, knowledgeable and responds quickly to texts and calls. We were slightly sceptical at first as the problem worsened after the first treatment visit. Apparently this was to be expected and, right before the second treatment visit, the problem vanished completely. We've had no issues since and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley.
