From the first conversation with Ashley, to Donald's last visit, Pestforce were excellent. Ashley took lots of time to explain the process over the phone so we could decide on the way forward. Donald was absolutely lovely; calm, professional and clearly knew his stuff. And most importantly- our rat problem was resolved! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
