After speaking to Tim (owner) for a short while I was very impressed with him and I was sure that his company would solve our rodent problem. Within 24hours his assistant Clare Skates visited my property and proceeded to lay various traps. Claire visited on two more occasions in the following month. She was always very punctual and explained the process. Pestforce Reading were very successful in getting rid of our pests. I would definately recommend this Company.

Claire was super informative when she came round to deal with a rat issue that we had in the garden. She explained rat behaviour and how the bait she used would work (we have a cat and several cats in the neighbourhood so I was a tad nervous) but Claire reassured me that cats and other animals would be ok if by any chance the found a dead rat and ate it. After the three visits we are rat free. Thanks Claire, excellent service
