Called Phil about a rodent problem we had. He came out next morning and dealt with the situation and also advised other things we could do and fitted some kit to help. Phil was friendly, very knowledgeable and advised the cost before he did any work and his prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Phil and would like to thank him for his prompt and friendly service.

Came home after a weekend away and noticed a few wasps buzzing around the garden, by the next day there was a massive swarm of them coming in and out of a nest they'd made underground. Rang Phil up and explained the situation and within a few hours he turned up to tackle the problem (impressive as he was working in Reading at the time I rang him). After a quick visual assessment of the area to confirm the wasps had made a nest he grabbed all the gear from the van and got to work in getting rid of them. He established it was probably quite a large nest so left it 5 minutes before giving it another treatment to let the worker wasps return. After treatment Phil mentioned that there should be no wasp activity by the next day and if there was to ring him up and he'd retreat for no extra charge. I went to check on the nest about an hour later and saw two wasps flying around, a significant drop in activity seeing as before it was about 20, an hour after the first check I went for another look and can't see any movement at all. Would recommend 100%

I chose Phil as he is a member of the British Pest Control Association and I'm really glad I did as his knowledge experience and professionalism are second to none. Phil was able to treat our rodent problem and fitted a rat valve on our drain so we should not have the same problem again. Carrying out such work during lockdown Phil maintained safe working practices throughout. He visited the property on several occasions and was at all times friendly and reassuring, and coped well with my scouse humour which escalates when stressed! I highly recommend him.

Phil came out to get rid of some very angry wasps that had decided to take up residence in my brickwork.He arrived promptly Saturday morning, dealt with it quickly and explained what would happen in the next few hours, and it they returned he would come on Sunday FOC. They flew about hitting the windows and then as Phil had said departed. Phil arrived on the day that was arranged to give advice/solution regarding a bee's nest in our roof area as we were having facia boards replaced. Phil confirmed that they were bumble bees and would just get on with their business and once the cycle of life is done we could remove the nest and prevent any other nests from being established in the same area. I recently called Pest Controller to advise on a problem with bees at my elderly mother's house. He came the same day that I called and what was brilliant was his first thought was how can I save these bees. Afterall pests are only animals/insect in the wrong environment. After assessing the bees and confirming that they were a small swarm of honey bees with a queen he arranged for a local bee keeper to come along and transport them to a bee friendly environment. Too many people automatically think kill when the word control is mentioned. Such a nice change to come across someone who wanted to preserve if at all possible. The Pest Controller has made it as an entry to mother's book of reliable people...no mean feat.
