I had a major issue with rats in my garden my partner was freaking out.I called Dave late afternoon he was brilliant said he would be around the following morning. Dave turned up on time and got straight to work laying taps. Over the course of a week Dave came out everyday including the weekend and with in a week he had sorted the problem. Throughout the whole process Dave kept us up to date and really put our mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Dave was so knowledgable, punctual and friendly. He checked the whole premises thoroughly for any other wasps nests and offered advice. I rang him and he arrived just a few hours later to help us- problem solved!

Could not fault Dave at all he has been fab getting rid of a crazy mouse infestation reliable, friendly and always responsive. Cleared all mice and gave full reassurance they were gone. Would not hesitate to call again god forbid they come back!

I called Dave on Boxing Day evening to ask for help as I was frightened that rats were trying to get into my bungalow through a hole behind my washing machine that was filled in with filler foams. They were scratching the foam I was frightened to death. Dave was friendly and didn’t mind me calling him on Boxing Day. He said he would come to see it the next day. He was on time and wore shoe covers in order not to bring in mud on that rainy day. He checked all around my bungalow inside and out and assured me I had only mice not rats. He advised of the solutions and as it was something that we said we could do too, he was more than happy to just give advice. Dave didn’t charge me a penny for his visit and all the investigations that he did and the invaluable advice. I will surely contact him for help if there will be any probs again and sincerely recommend him to all. Dave is very knowledgeable, very professional, friendly and fair. There aren’t many tradesmen like Dave around. I’m very happy. Thanks Dave.

After a bad experience with another firm, I was wary of calling another pest control in, but Dave restored my faith in people! He came out to see the job on day of first contact, identified the issue quickly and put in a plan of action. Followed up and caught multiple pests for us at a very reasonable price. I messaged Dave one evening after we discovered a wasp nest on our dog kennel. He responded really quickly and came out the next day! He removed the nest and got rid of all the wasps that morning 😃 he even offered to take our rabbits out of the kennel so we didn’t get stung again! Really lovely guy and great value for money. Very professional service. Came out promptly to inspect our loft after we heard scratching. Turned out to be a stray cat and litter of 6 kittens! DM Pest Control dealt with the situation brilliantly showing great care and concern for the animal's welfare - ultimately helping us get our loft back, clearing all the mess very thoroughly and making sure mum and little ones were safely removed to a suitable new home together. I’m a Shrewsbury based builder and do a lot of roof work over the summer. We often come across wasps nests in the roof void. I have used Dave a few times this year and he came out on the same day and got rid of the wasps and nest in a swift and professional manner so we could crack on.
