He was out the very next morning first thing when we called late on that day, he gave our property a very indepth investigation to where the problem may be...he also went above and beyond sealing and laying traps that may cause possible problems to us in the future. His customer service throughout was seamless and to the highest of standards. Also Paul followed up with several courtsey calls throughout the whole ordeal and afterwards. i honestly can't recommend paul enough! A honest and fair tradesman!
