m. b.Gareth was great! he not only took time out to find out what timings were suitable to me (rare these days), but also came on the same day for a moth infestation that had caused me to move out of my own flat. He was very punctual, had great chat & was obviously very knowledgable. I’m more than satisfied, and if you have any doubts whether to choose this company, definitely ring him! he’s great!

This isn’t the first time I have used this company overall I’m extremely impressed by their work! Gaz (owner) was more than happy to talk me through step by step and explain in great detail the work they would be carrying out. They also had the job done in half the time they originally said which was amazing as I have a young baby that has bed times and food times etc. They took every procedure possible to protect my brand new carpet too! Considering I’ve had pigeons nesting in my loft for over a year they had it cleared and sealed in no time absolutely over the moon with the end result, very competitive prices, extremely good service and on time. Will 100% use again!!

P. W.Called Clearlands last night about a Bee problem at my Dads house. Spoke with Gareth who said he could call and have a look today, which would be a free consultation. True to his word, he called at lunch time to have a look at the problem. Not only did Gareth solve the issue for my Dad, he actually took the time to explain to my Dad a little about what was happening and why and even stayed for a brew with him. Gareth completely put my Dad’s mind at ease (he’d been going out of his mind for weeks) and to top it off, when Gareth called me to let me know what was going on, I asked him what the bill would be, and was told, it was a minor thing he had sorted, and there would be no charge.
Absolutely great guy and a great company, could easily of charged god knows what. Just goes to show there are still some decent and honest people out there.
