Fast and efficient service to eliminate our wasps nest at the back of our property in the roof rafters. They were polite and professional and very informative. Even not charging (when I expected to be charged) for a second nest on the same site - this is their company policy not to charge more for a second nest. Jim was so confident he’d be able to kill the whole nest he said that if there’s still activity in 48 hours he’d come out again and re apply the treatment. Not only did they offer this service but they generously said if wasps made a other nest at any other location on our house they would come out again within the 12 month period - now that’s amazing value and a great service!

Few weeks later I phone Jim to let him know we had a dead rodent, within half an hour he was here to remove it and offer helpful advice about prevention. Exceptional service from Jim and Tim. From making contact on Tuesday afternoon they were here at 8.30 on the Weds morning and got straight to work on the wasps nest. Following the treatment, which took about ten mins, as they promised there was no further wasp activity within a couple of hours. The price undercut the council and the service was efficient, what more can you ask for, thanks guys.

Jim came out to my house yesterday (Monday) after I called on Saturday evening about noticing wasps in my garage. He called me straight back on Saturday evening, even though it was around 9pm and scheduled a time to come out to me on Monday (today). He has sprayed the entry point with a powder and reassured me the nest (which we can't find) will stay vacant, wasps will not return. After 2 hours I could not see any wasps, we haven't seen any since.

Tim was absolutely amazing and so responsive it’s unbelievable. Explaining both the process and the possibilities along the way, Tim kept us informed and calm above all. These situations are never nice however the problem was very quickly identified and sorted! Top company, knowledgeable, extremely capable and honest above all.

We discovered bird mites in our bathroom and set about trying to find someone to deal with them and the birds nest outside the bathroom window. Google lists about four options in and around Chester, but there is nothing to choose between them. We initially booked Able to deal with it, but were let down by them twice. I then called Seekers, and they called round within the hour, sprayed the bathroom, removed the birds nest and sprayed the outside of the house with insecticide. The service was absolutely phenomenal, and they clearly went out of their way to get to us so quickly due to the urgency of the situation (we have a one year old daughter, so were concerned for her if the mites potentially migrated to other areas of the house). The price, as far as I can tell based on other quotes I had been given, was also very reasonable. They are two former Council employees who (at the time of writing) have been doing this for about two years. On the basis of the service that they provided to us we would absolutely recommend them without hesitation; they were friendly, efficient, and have very much left us reassured that the problem has been dealt with. We couldn't have asked for more. EDIT: I'd forgotten that I wrote this review, but came back to Google now (three years later) to write a review, so thought I'd add it on to this. Since the issue with the bird mites we've had Seekers out a few more times. Most recently it's been for issues with ants, but they've also given us advice regarding bee nests. Since the first time we used them they've only reinforced our view of them. They communicate well, make it clear what they can and can't do, they are reasonably priced, and their service is excellent. They are our go to option now for anything to do with pest control, and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

Called these guys to get rid of wasps nest in loft. Not only did they get rid of the wasps but came back and removed the biggest nest I've ever seen 1 metre wide by 1 metre high it was huge!
