Pest control can be a tough and timely job, luckily the team at Fantastic Pest Control are up for the task! The service includes three visits, or as many as necessary to get rid of the mice completely. I'm happy to report that it's been over a month now and we haven't had any problems since. I would highly recommend their services.

We are still having issues with mice after 2 visits. The first visit some light poison was put down but holes left open. The problem got worse so we had to get them back fro a second visit and all the guy said was we can’t do anything about the holes because they need to leave. The problem persists to this day after a month of issues and I can’t afford £350 (!) to get the guy to come out to deal with this once and for all. Although the worker was polite, the problem has gotten worse and it seems like the pest control will not come out unless we give them money, despite a “2 month guarente”.

The service and the people were great and polite etc. But the problem of the rodents did not go away. In fact felt like they are resistant to the bait and poison used and now the problem seems to be worse than it started off with. Can't afford another round especially knowing that it most likely won't work and will be wasting another £250 or so!

We’ve been battling with bed bugs for quite some time but the Fantastic Pest Control team managed to handle the problem with their heat treatment. It’s definitely a procedure that’s worth the money because it destroys the nasty bugs very quickly. Previously we had to do multiple treatments and wait for weeks and even months but not with the heating procedure. The technician came to spray and returned the next week to heat the rooms and that was it - not a single bed bug in sight! I think we got all of them this time.

I decided to go with Fantastic Pest Control because I used Fantastic Handyman in the past and I was happy with the service. A very polite gentleman came to my flat the next day after I called them and successfully solved my problem with the ant infestation that was happening in the whole flat. Got their heat treatment for bed bugs and was really impressed with the service. The buggers were gone in just two visits from the pest expert - first, he sprayed the rooms and on the second visit, he brought the heater, which is a really impressive and heavy-looking machine. We had to vacate the property, of course, but he explained to us the entire procedure and how exactly bed bug colonies die from the high temperatures. Nothing got damaged in the process either. Overall a great experience and really efficient service. Would definitely recommend to everyone with a bed bug problem.

If you’re looking for a thorough bed bug treatment, these are the guys you should turn to. They inspected our entire house to ensure they have located all bed bug hotbeds before starting the actual treatment which involved several sprayings. The exterminator was very kind, assuring and understanding of all our headache and worries. I work in a small accounting office and last month we had a spider infestation. The office is very busy during work hours and it’s not possible for an inspection to be performed. We were able to book your professional service for a Saturday when we aren’t swamped with clients. The exterminators were very professional and efficient. Just with one visit, they were able to remove all traces from the infestation. Great job!

Read this if you're considering using Fantastic Services/Pest Control for bed bugs. First of all - do not bother paying for the spraying. It simply does not work. A lot of bed bugs are now resistant to pesticides these days, and this must have been the case for ours. We has a very mild bed bug problem after picking them up in hostels, with no visual evidence of them on the bed or anywhere else. We only found bites initially. We used Fantastic Pest Control and paid for the spraying service. After all 3 rounds of spraying, each 2 weeks apart, we were still being bitten. I complained to the company, and customer service was extremely poor. You get passed around a lot of different people, and they didn't call back when they were supposed to. When they did speak to me, they seemed doubtful that we still had bed bugs and gave off the vibe that they thought we were lying. It was only after we eventually spotted a bed bug and took a photo and video of it, that they agreed to send someone to spray for a 4th time. After this, we were still being bitten. We booked in a heat treatment, and after a LOT of debate on the phone and through email they eventually agreed to giving us a refund for the spraying. This is why they are getting 3 stars. The heat treatment seems to have worked - it might be too soon to tell, but my advice is to go straight for the heat treatment to begin with. It might be expensive, but if you pay for spraying its a waste of money, as you'll then have to get a heat treatment later anyway. Although they do promise that a diesel heater would be used (one of the big and effective ones, recommended on the BPCA website), when in fact it was just a smaller electric heater that was used. The second thing to note - Fantastic Pest Control are NOT members of the BPCA. This is a false claim, which they assured me of twice during the course of the treatments. It was only when the heat treatment technician advised me that HE personally is a BPCA member, not the company itself, that I found out. So if you get sent a different technician, he might not be registered with the BPCA, so thats something to consider. I thought it was very misleading that the Fantastic Pest Control claims to be members overall, when they are not. Bear in mind they also operate as Panther Pest Control and a couple of other names. They're all the same company. So in summary - they get 3 stars for eventually giving us a refund for the spraying, and because the heat treatment seems to have worked. Will update at a later date if need be.

This is the third time we’ve been dealing with rats in the garage and other companies didn’t manage to sort our problem quite well. We booked an inspection to test the service and were really pleased with the exterminator’s work. He located the nest and went on with the procedure which took an hour or so. He placed baits and other things I don’t know the name of, gave us a couple of tips and left. We scheduled two additional visits and he returned after some time. It was really pleasing to see the results of his work and he explained everything he did, even gave us advice on how to avoid further issues. Three months has passed by since we had the job done and we haven’t seen any problems so far, hope it stays like that. That being said, I can honestly vouch that these guys are professionals in what they do, managed to achieve a positive result for which we are grateful. 10/10 service!

I can’t stand mice, I’m terribly afraid of them and can’t even look at pictures, so imagine my terror once I saw one walking freely around the kitchen floor. Luckily, I managed to get emergency pest control and they sent an exterminator right away. Their technician cleaned the body and I was quite happy that he found how the animal got in (it turned out to be a dead rat which he suspected got poisoned at my neighbour's house and came here to die). I would give them 10 stars if I could. They managed to come on Saturday straight away after my call while other pest control companies said they would come only on Monday. There was a RAT sitting in the laundry room behind the closed door so I didn’t want to wait. The guy from Fantastic PC came and closed himself in a laundry room and after 30 seconds there was no rat anymore. We’ve been trying to get rid of this little “friend” for a couple of months, and finally the battle is over. THANK YOU!

They do listen to customers Unprofessional service, booked them to come and investigate a foul rodent smell on Monday, Tuesday the supervisor ring back and states we need to know where the dead mouse is in order for them to remove it. What started off as a really bad experience, ended up with a happy ending for me. Fantastic services, after seeing proof of bad workmanship by sub-contractor IDM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED a cleaning services provider, were very happy to refund me my £245 in full and even offered me a £20 credit for future services. They do have many other services .which I might find useful in the future so I cannot say I won't use their services in the future. Gotta say, their customer service was first class even when dealing with a very angry and irate customer like me. Last night I saw some big cockroaches on the surface of my table. Few of them were crawling on the legs of the table and some were on the top of the wardrobe, placed next to the front door. I contacted the pest exterminators and asked them to come as soon as possible. I have to admit that I'm actually quite sad. I was afraid of these annoying creatures so much. I can't believe how brave I was twenty years ago. For instance- in the beginning of 1988 I was a volunteer in a show. The circus was not so famous, but I was tempted to participate in some of the performances. One of the lion tamers was a friend of my uncle and I asked him to let me be part of the show. And my dream came true. I was standing on the circus ring- fearless and ready to react. But nowadays, I feel like I'm a different person. I was terrified of some small cockroaches. I just can't believe how people might change.
