I contacted Lewis about a wasp nest in our basement and he was able to come and deal with it very quickly. Lewis is very professional and responsive and I would definitely recommend him. He also successfully dealt with a problem we had with mice last year - someone else had tried several times to get rid of the mice and Lewis sorted it out on the first attempt!

I would use Lewis again. He came the very next day when I called about a wasps nest. He sprayed his product into the cavity above the window and I haven't seen a single wasp enter since. He was understanding when I asked him to wear a face mask (which I appreciated). Also having obtained x 3 quotes Lewis offered the better price.

Lewis advised on a rat problem in my building in North London in February 2022. He arrived on time, gave helpful advice and hardly charged me anything. He was polite and professional at all times. He didn’t suggest expensive solutions or other measures that would require lots of call-outs. Rats are always difficult to get rid of for good but the measures he suggested seem to be working so far. I would definitely recommend him if you are having problems with rats.
