s. a.I called Renatta and her partner to come inspect and assess my home. They were very thorough and explained all so well. I even had a little visitor on a Sunday and they came to deal with it, even though it is out of hours. I can not recommend them more for the personal service they offer.

When they visited to treat my kitchen for cockroaches they were extremely helpful and explained everything (I was quite freaked out and unsettled by the cockroaches!). I felt very reassured by their advice and treatment and since they treated my flat the problem has been resolved!

T. B.Peter and Renata have done an excellent job at getting rid of some mice we saw in the house. They did a very thorough inspection and then laid poison, set traps, found and blocked holes and also fit mouse-proof slats to the air vents outside the house. We have an inquisitive young 15month old son, and they hid all the poison very well and supplied tamper proof bait boxes just incase he found them. We haven't seen or heard any mice since, and have not seen any droppings either. Excellent service and lovely people too.

We lived on the ground floor and had a terrible rat problem he seemed to flourish in proofing the holes in the drains under the flat with concrete. He also affixed a valve on the toilet as they were coming up through there! He is multi skilled and his wife is the perfect compliment and does all the paper work professionally for a reasonable price! Good luck to them both!
