This is the 2nd time that I've used Pestforce and certainly wouldn't hesitate it using them again. I called Faron up and as he was currently in my area tried to fit me in which he did to sort out the wasps nest. Very professional at all times. No doubt due to my location I will be using them next year.

Excellent service, completely satisfied with end results. Faron Mainstone the pest force agent was very thorough and efficient also extremely knowledgeable. He was punctual, and professional and fulfilled his brief completely. Prices are very reasonable and Faron is a very honest person, initially I was told I would need 2 visits but as my problem was not too big only 1 visit was sufficient so I was charged for the 1 visit. Total gem of a person. I Would definitely use him again and 100% recommend to anybody who requires these services.

We called Farron as we had discovered a bumblebee nest when we’re were half way through removing the deck in our garden. We needed help quickly as we had lots of timber waiting to come into the garden but we did not want the bees destroyed. Farron rescheduled his day to fit us in and came quickly to relocate the nest. I live on my own and was horrified to see a mouse in the kitchen,I was really scared, my son came to visit and he said I needed someone to check the house in case there was more mice, he went online and found Pestforce pest control I rang the number and spoke to Faran who said he would come round in the afternoon. Faran arrived and I explained everything to him he did a through inspection of the outside of the house front and back and said there was no holes where the mice could get in, he then checked the kitchen cupboards and the one under the sink is where he found mouse droppings so he placed traps in there and he also placed a trap inside some boxing which covers pipe work underneath kitchen radiator which is where I told him I saw the mouse run to. Faron came back today and I’m pleased to say the mouse had been caught. Faron was a pleasure to deal with very polite and reassuring and I would not hesitate to contact him again. I have a conservatory and when I’m pottering about in the garden I leave the door open so I think the mouse got in through there. Thanks once again.
