We had a great technician for our mice problem in our residence. He was respectful , polite, and diligent. He was reassuring that he would be able to control and stop the rodents from entering our apartment and took his time going from room to room sealing up every little possible entry point. I have had exterminators come in the past that were never this thorough. 5 stars service provided.

Excellent customer service! They answered my frantic phone call at 9:30 pm when I thought I might have found a bed bug in my room. I sent them pictures and they got back to me within minutes assuring me that it was not a bed bug. Merida pest control put me at ease and were very understanding and kind. I had a problem with mice in the house. When I called, Kamil answered the phone whilst on holidays and gave me advise over the phone. I don't think others even take business calls when on time off! Luckily he was coming back the very day so was able to offer a visit the following day that too being a Sunday. He was promptly on time and didn't waste any time in assisting with the issue. My house was previously mice-proofed by another company known to Merida and Kamil agreed job completed over 4 years ago was a of high quality so he only had to do a touch up job rather than spend whole day proofing. He quickly identified weak points where he could apply his techniques and reseal points. I must admit Kamil did a wonderful job as I have no complaints. He was very informative and didn't try to do any extra work to prolong his day/charges. So far no further sighting of the rodents although it's early days. I will recommend Kamil for many reasons: 1) Punctual and kept me informed of his exact arrival time. 2) Immediate appointment without wasting precious time. 3) His knowledge and techniques are on par with other big companies 4) Most importantly his charges are reasonable. I assure you other big names just fleece you! 5) Friendly service with smile. 6) One stop shop for all pests.

I give them a five star because, they were so nice, polite, and willing to listen. They went over everything that they were going to do, and was willing to work with me completely. I have never ran across a company here in London that was this nice. They are very knowledgeable. I have to say they guarantee their work. I would recommend this company to anybody who is in need of mice control, because it would be well worth your time and money. Speaking of money they're even reasonable on that aspect. If you're in need of pest control service, please give them a try, you would not regret it.

Recently I discovered little footprints in my kitchen and it turned out that my house was infested with rats. I felt terrible and started looking for a solution. When I booked a pest control service I was a little nervous about letting other people entering my house. It turned out that the exterminators were very kind and professional and dealt with the problem completely. They even gave me some useful advices how to protect my home from further infestation.

Hi. I wish I can give more than 5 stars but this will do. I called Merida pest control 5 months ago. I spoke to Camil over the phone and quoted me a price. I told him that I was in a desperate situation and I couldn't afford the original price. I was so emotional because of the bed bugs. He was so understanding and compassionate that he gave me the lowest price possible. But that's not the reason for this review. His team got rid of my bed bugs in 2 treatments. Yet I called him this week because they came back. (4,5 months later) He told me my warranty expired, but he will take care of it at no extra charge. It's hard to find honest people out there, but I'm glad that one of them is my exterminating service provider. I chose the right one. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME. JUST WANT TO BE A HELP FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR HONEST, HARD WORKING PEST CONTROL PROVIDERS.

I had a bed bug problem at my apartment. I don't know if I brought them home from a trip or if they had been hiding here before I came. I just moved in a couple of months ago. The guy from the Merida explained how they get rid of them. It was quite a process and I had to do a lot of preparation work. After a couple of visits and spraying I have not had any more problem.
