M. R.I called Richard when we had a mouse in the house which we couldn't capture. Richard set traps under the kitchen units and within 48 hours the problem was solved. At the same time though had noticed a hole in the garden which I thought was where the mice were nesting. Turns out it was a rat run. Over a period of a week or so Richard left bait and at the end of the period the problem was gone. Richard is a really pleasant man. He explained the process as we went along and popped round 4 times to check traps, lay new bait etc. A flat fee for the job which was really good value for money. Would highly recommend Richard!
