My husband & I are very pleased with the service we had from Jonathan. He is really brilliant, very good knowledge of rats 🐀 which have been a big problem to us over last view years . Jonathan has responded to my call very quickly and confirm a day and time to visit our home 🏡 on the day he called to let me know he is running late 30 minutes, which really nice of him to keep me updated . He has taken the time to explain what he can do to help us and get rid of the rats. I can say he is very professional,, friendly and go the extra mile to do a good job 👍 for his clients .also great value for money 💰 really pleased and will recommend him without question . I hope to find a few tradesmen like him can be trusted, as we trust Jonathan 100%.

Jonathan gave a very high level of service from the first phone call. We were offered preventative measures, but it became clear the problem was larger than we originally thought. Jonathan then visited our property and talked us through exactly what he was going to do over the next couple of weeks. After a few of visits Jonathan has freed us of the problem of many rats outside and mice in our loft. We have also been given some very helpful advice. Jonathan is polite, sensitive and very efficient. We would certainly recommend this local independent company – Vertaproof.
