Have dealt with Lindleys pharmacy for many years, mainly with Mac and Hassan. They have been so helpful and supportive of customers and always go the extra mile. A real community based pharmacy with empathy and dedication to providing the best service with genuine care. Well done Lindleys :)

I was directed to Lindleys by my GP as my local pharmacy didn't have the hrt medication I had been prescribed. The staff at Lindleys were really helpful and went the extra mile to help me and issue my medication. The female assistant was efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

The team at this place are brilliant. After a recent national shortage of a particular medicine, I called here after trying 4 other pharmacies in Bedford. They went above and beyond to assist me in fulfilling the prescription. A big shout out to Aga, who even though was on a day off had dropped by the shop to pick something up, helped me by making sure my order was fulfilled and sorting out the mess that a big retail pharmacy had left when they released my prescription! They could sense the stress and urgency that this had all put me through and did absolutely everything they could to assist. All of them are champions and legends! Go here for sure to get your prescriptions!!!

Genuinely lovely little pharmacy. Had to go here because the pharmacy in sainsburys didn’t have a pharmacist on site all day. They were bubbly, friendly and speedy, which was really appreciated. I also watched the lady behind the counter suggest to a person in front of me that they get a pre-payment certificate to save paying so much for her prescriptions. She didn’t have to do this, but she went out of her way to help. Rare to see that kind of helpfulness, especially so late In the day! I’ll definitely come here in future.

I want to give a MASSIVE thank you to Mac, the Pharmacist, at this chemist for his professionalism, support and help and kindness in getting my HRT. He went above and beyond to help me after having a stressful morning trying to locate my repeat prescription with another chemist who could not find it, and didnt have any of the HRT I needed. I went to Lindley and Mac was absolutely wonderful, ringing this chemist up, getting them to send the prescription, which they did have!!! to him and lucky for me, he had the HRT in stock too. I was a very happy menopausal lady!! Thank you so much!

I want to thank everyone who works at Lindleys for being so welcoming and taking the time to talk every day. I'm a former drug addict and I come in daily to take methadone, which is used to help people recover from heroin addiction. I was extremely nervous at first, I thought the staff would treat me with contempt or be judgemental. I'm glad to say I couldn't have been more wrong. When I first read these reviews I saw one that concerned me. The person who wrote it claimed they were singled out and made to feel unwelcome because of their former addiction. While I wouldn't say this person is lying, I've never seen any addict treated unfairly. Maybe they were stealing or being rude, as their experiences couldn't be more different from my own. Both pharmacists take the time to chat and ask me how I am. I look forward to being greeted with a smile and they show genuine interest whenever we have a conversation. There is a wonderful sense of community in Queens Park that I haven't experienced living elsewhere and the pharmacy is a perfect example. I'm on first name terms with a few of the staff and it feels more like seeing a neighbour or friend. Of course they are always professional but it's the small things that make it a pleasure to go every day. I nearly forgot to mention that there's a great selection of items for £1. I've bought some lovely shampoos, conditioners, deliciously scented shower gels and face cleansing wipes. I highly recommend the moisturising night cream, an absolute bargain and it doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. Last week I saw something I really wanted but didn't have the money for at the time. As there was only one left it was put aside for me until I could buy it. How many pharmacies would do that for their customers? Thank you for being so supportive as I recover from my addiction :)

If there was 100 stars that’s what i would have put 100 !!! , pharmacist with the beard very helpful , polite & professional, however today another member of the team Helped me , she was very polite, professional & helpful , during two weeks of my wife and i were isolating numerous times they delivered medication, today they’re again delivering medication for my baby boy who’s got a cough to kempston, Thank you guys , keep up the fantastic work your doing.

Both me and my wife have used the pharmacy for nearly 20 years, never let down, always happy to help us. Any Changes to my medication both female and male pharmacist always alerting me and go through anything that I’m not sure on. Customer service is excellent always helping giving great advice. Always communicating with us (customer)making us feel welcome.

Lindleys is an excellent chemist with knowledgeable, helpful, problem solving staff! Lindleys Chemist was the 4th local Chemist I had tried to secure what became a ‘seemingly rare’ prescription. Despite the GP ‘routine’ prescription, phone calls/queuing I discovered other local chemists did not stock what was needed with one saying it was no longer available. However within 1 late afternoon phone call to Lindleys and the lateral thinking of the 2 young gentlemen pharmacists the item was located, ordered and provided by midday the following day. Superb service! I highly recommend Lindleys Chemist.

Amazing staff members at the pharmacy and they are so kind especially lubna she saw I came in today to pick up my medication and knew how important it was for me to have it ASAP because I was hit by a car and was in agony and she got my prescription ready literally within a minute. The dispensing pharmacist is fantastic - he checks and re-checks, talks you through the dosage you need and how to take the medicine, without rushing you or delivering a script. He obviously cares about people both as customers and patients. Definitely recommended.

Lindleys chemist has a really good electronic prescription and delivery service they collect prescriptions from doctors surgery's as it is an easier way to and from doctors. We live a few streets away and always use lindleys and wouldn't use another. I will always use lindleys for all my family's needs. The staff give really good advice on prescription's and health issue's. The staff always welcome there customers with smiles and are very willing to help there customers . thank you to all the staff in lindleys chemist☺☺
