Great to receive a text yesterday, that the order which I placed with my surgery that morning, was
available within hours on the same day. Fantastic.
Also to be greeted by name with a smile by The staff team
when I went to collect my prescription.
And a question and concern that I had about my health, was listened to and appropriate advice given.
I was made to feel that nothing was too trivial to ask, and the question wasn’t dismissed.
That made me feel at ease, and confident with the suggested action.
