G. M.My elderly parents have been using this pharmacy for some years now and all the staff are so helpful; above and beyond helpful. My mother recently had a problem with her prescription and the manager went out of his way to solve the problem for us. He was absolutly amazing.
Due to my father having Parkinson's and other medical issues his medication can change often but they sort it quickly and efficiently and deliver it directly.
They always have such a good manner and excellent service which I know has meant my parents have no stress when it comes to medication. Thank you to all the team at Highfield Pharmacy.
G. N.It's a family Pharmacy. Conveniently located for Yardley Wood Railway Station and the Number 76 Bus, and has Parking space in front of the shop.
The Staff and Pharmacist are very knowledgeable and the Shop stocks lots of items. All of my family plus many people in the local districts have used the Pharmacy for in excess of 30 years. I always go there
The Pharmacist and his staff also pick up at the local surgeries and deliver to addresses locally. This has been particularly helpful in the recent COVID -19
