J. L.My prescriptions are sent to the Pharmacy every month and they are brilliant here. The Pharmacist Claire has tried for a very long time to get a mefication 💊 that I need. Unfortunately it is no longer available.
I recommend the Pharmacy 100% to everyone, and the staff are amazing.

Many thanks to all the staff for a very professional and efficient service afforded to me today. I had my Covid-19 booster jab this morning, when I was looked after by the very lovely Hayley, who was managing the constant flow of ‘patients’ as well as overseeing the Steward. Thank you all.
H. D.I have never had any concerns with this pharmacy and have nothing but praise for them. If they can't help with anything then they go out of there way to assist where they can. I think some people think they can magic medication out of thin air, if they're out of stock of something then they're out of stock. I have heard some customers being so rude in there as if it is the employees personal fault. People are so quick to complain but not to praise , especially in these unprecedented times. Thank you for all the help you have given myself and my family over the years.
D. C.Made appointment for flu jab for 9.30am. Got there at 9.20am. Kept waiting until 10.00am. Explanation: I just do them in order of being given forms. I was there before any of the others they saw and one man's appt was 10.00am. Try doing them in order of appointment next next time love, or don't bother asking us to make appointments. You took half an hour of my life.

m. m.Customer service is ok, what we found collecting prescriptions a nightmare, we leave collecting our prescriptions for a week so they have plenty of time to get everything together, yet every time we get there we have to wait ages for them to get the items together or they haven't got our items so owe us, frightening is on one occasion they owed insulin luckily we just had 1 cartridge of insulin to last over the weekend, and again it was left a week before being collected
