I always receive good service at this pharmacy. The staff are professional & friendly, both with the customers and amongst themselves, making the atmosphere in the shop inviting, rather than overbearing like some other pharmacies I have used. Additionally, I always find the speed that prescriptions are fulfilled is remarkable, especially when compared to other local pharmacies. Keep up the excellent work and thank you.

My mum and dad have had excellent service from this chemist,after changing the one at Muscliff(absolutely terrible!). Meds are delivered quickly and any queries dealt with quickly over the phone or in the shop. Popped in today as mum had a tummy upset and they couldn't have been more helpful. Thankyou

The gentleman is always very helpful and understanding. I used them after leaving Lloyds kinson. Maybe later opening times would help only because Lloyd's refused to give my children antibiotics on a green slip because I had moved chemist a fault of Lloyds which I have complained to head office! So I had no way of getting the medication until they opened next day because they was closed before 6.30pm Other wise this is my chemist of choice in the area.

Absolutely fantastic team Feeling really rubbish and rang to see if my prescription was ready and if delivery would be possible.... Almost closing time so unfortunately missed the delivery.... But not 20 minutes later a tap at the door and they have managed to get my meds to me could not be more greatful thankyou so much Going above and beyond and its truly appreciated

Cannot praise this business enough after having a scare yesterday my doctor prescribed urgent medication and sent prescription direct to them my husband was going to go and collect as I did need it quite desperately but however within 45 mins there was a knock at the door and a wonderful man gave my husband my medication this was so unexpected and we are so grateful to date 24hrs later I am feeling much better and just wanted to praise these fantastic people on the front line doing their best to keep us safe in these scary times God Bless you all
