We’re Away On Holiday And We’re Wrongly Referred Over To The Pharmacy By 111 As My Son Needed Antibiotics And Obviously Couldn’t Prescribe Them. We Went To The Walk In Centre Up The Road And Had The Prescription Sent Over Digitally But The Pharmacy Didn’t Have The Prescribed Tablets But Kindly Arranged With The Walk In Centre For Them To Re Prescribe It In Liquid Form. Nothing Was A Problem And The Staff In There We’re So Kind And Helpful :) Thank You

Fantstic out of hours service. I ran out of medication need to be taken before visiting the dentist (as an emergency) at 8.40 the next day. They liased with 111 and arranged for me to collect the medicine at 9.30pm so that I could see the dentist as arranged. Thank you Castle Lane Pharmacy for such wonderful service in such difficult times.

Exceptional Service I have never taken the time to review anything before in my life, that alone could stand as testament to how grateful I am to the staff at this pharmacy. I work at a care home in the area, and one of our residents had taken a very sudden turn for the worse and was in need of end of life medication. Our regular supplier was unable to obtain the medication they so desperately needed, so I tried the castle Lane pharmacy. They were understandably very busy because of these trying times we find ourselves in, but they made the time to look into the prescription I had brought them. A queue had started to form behind me, and one of the members of staff, who had already finished for the night took her coat off and returned to work to help get as many people served. Whilst they had everything we needed, there was an issue with the prescription, the Dr had missed part of the form and they were unable to legally dispense one of the five medications needed. That said, they went to great lengths to rectify the situation, calling the Dr and our original supplier to retrieve the correct documentation but to no avail. This is no fault of the pharmacy, and the fact that they went to so much trouble is proof of how dedicated they really are. Fortunately the missing medication was a lower priority for the patient, and we will make other arrangements to obtain it. The pharmacy knew what the medication was for and went above and beyond to provide it, helping ease the suffering of a dying person. Thank you for all you do, all your efforts are really appreciated

Have with experience learnt that this pharmacy is probably one of the most helpful establishments in the area. Really fight on your behalf to sort out failed prescriptions (so called doctors not doing their job). Have updated my rating to reflect this.
