I don't quite know how they do this, but whenever I call the weird new repeat prescription line which is shared between the local surgeries... Well look at this example: call 7am Monday morning. I'm told my prescription will be "with Philips by Thursday but please allow them 48 hours to get it ready as well". Tuesday late morning/early afternoon (the NEXT DAY), my prescription turns up. This was a particularly amazing example but without fail it's always early. And always present and correct. Also shout-out to the delivery drivers, they're pleasant and processional and my elderly parents enjoy opening the door to.

Quick, efficient and friendly atmosphere never had to wait long. Glad to support an independant local business. Update 22/03/24 :Just had a prescription filled at Phillips after trudgeing around 5 local Bridgend pharmacies and being told not avilable. Phillips pharmacy may be small but for me they are brilliant for service and pleasant staff attitude and with excellent delivery service. Good luck, keep up the good work.
