G. G.Not a bad service for somewhere so busy, but they have got my prescription slightly wrong a few times. I don’t know what all the the “friendly staff, great customer service!” reviews are about. I suspect in a place as small as Pencoed they know them tbh. They’re not rude, but for a place as small as Pencoed, they’re not that friendly either.
R. J.Friendly atmosphere generated by staff. Well qualified and competent dispenser of medication. Work hard to counter some laissez faire surgeries.
P. T.Excellent chemist. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Good choice of every day products although rather on the expensive side compared to places like poundland and tesco who sell brand names at a much lower cost.
