S. B.Absolutely exceptional service from this pharmacy. I had issues obtaining a certain medication(which was out of stock at various other local pharmacies),he went above and beyond for me by emailing surgery there and then whilst I was talking to him.A new medication was prescribed by surgery and Dervish got his delivery man to bring it to me within the hour.Wonderful good old fashioned very caring service.
C. S. J.They are the most caring, considerate, knowledgeable pharmacy team I've ever found. My son has to have some medicines regularly that are no longer on prescription but are very pricey and Dervish charges us at cost when he orders it specially for us as he 'couldn't do that to a kiddie'. He also makes a loss on the allergy friendly flu vaccine that he offers. Carers who take pride in service and supporting the community.
E. M. g.I was explaining about my eye pain and the lady behind the counter (a tall one) kept talking over me (quite rudely). I tried to explain about a cream i was using and she kept interrupting me so she didn't hear what the cream was. At the end she asked me; "are you using any specific cream". Well, if she would had listened to my explanation, she would had heard what i was already using. It's the first time i see her and i don't like her. The rest of the staff is 5 stars.
