Very friendly and accommodating staff. When I had forgotten to grab my prescription before driving to Devon for a holiday, I called the pharmacy and they immediately alleviated my fears, they sent my prescription to a pharmacy closer to my location and it was all sorted within an hour or so. Would highly recommend.

The Regency Pharmacy is excellent. Amah looks after us in Clifton Village and serves us so well and we use him for advice before going to the doctor. We are so lucky that he came into our area and he is loved by all his customers so much. He always make time for them all. I could write a book him. He is such a caring man.

This has got to be the best local pharmacy in Bristol. The staff are always extremely helpful, greet you with a smile and will take as much time as you need to help you with any problems you may have. I went in there today, on the off chance, to try to get some hand sanitising gel and was amazed that they actually had some. It turned out that the pharmacist/owner had been phoning around, to all his suppliers for hours, to try to get the stock in. Over the last few days, he's driven all the way to Wales after the shop shut to pick it up. Due to the lack of supplies he had to pay well over the top for this. He is also selling the gel at cost price, which in actual fact is at a loss because he isn't passing on the VAT to his customers. At this unprecedented time it is heart warming to find a business that genuinely cares about the people that rely on them throughout the year. Well done to all you guys and a big thank you for all the hard work you do to keep us safe. Chris Wood

Mr Sadiq (and his very capable team) have consistently delivered an excellent service. The pharmacy is extremely eclectic in product but the main strength of this business is the commitment to excellent service and a genuinely caring attitude for those using the pharmacy. My particular experience has to do with my son's long-term health issue. Mr Sadiq has always gone out of his way to help, even with minor issues. As a result of serious illnesses I realised it was important to choose the right pharmacy as support to the services provided my GP practice. Regent Pharmacy in Clifton village has been a good choice. I signed up for all of my prescriptions to be dispensed by them and nothing is too much trouble for Amar, the pharmacist. As a family we make extensive use of Regent Pharmacy. Some of the drugs needed are far from mainstream and not infrequently obtaining them is far from straightforward. But we have always had excellent and very friendly service - nothing seems to be too much bother for Amar who frequently goes very much out of his way to obtain what is needed.

This is a great pharmacy that offer a superb service. I need medical provisions that aren't common and occasionally they are delayed or out of stock. Amar, the pharmacist, goes always above and beyond to get them as soon as possible.

We're lucky to have such a great pharmacy in our neighbourhood. Its bright, airy layout and friendly staff provide a welcoming atmosphere. And the well-displayed stock offers a huge range of medicines (both conventional and complementary); a wide choice of cosmetics and toiletries; 'healthy' snacks and sweets; dried fruit and nuts and a variety of teas and juices. But pharmacies are more than retail outlets. They are on the front line of the NHS. The very knowledgeable pharmacists can do a whole lot more than take your blood pressure and test your sugar levels. You will find immediate and unhurried attention with detailed and down-to-earth advice. So, if you have any health concerns, a chat here could save you a trip to our overworked A&E or a long wait at your doctor's.

Their new medical service is fantastic! I thought it might be impersonal - because you’re sitting at a computer screen - but it was better than visiting my GP. I could have all the time I wanted, I was ‘seen’ immediately, I had a thorough check of blood pressure, temperature etc.. and felt heard and understood. It didn’t feel disconnected to talk to the doctor on screen and I came away with a very balanced picture of what to do next. Also, there’s no monetary advantage to either the chemist or the doctor I was talking to (who was actually based in Manchester), if I have further tests through them. In my case, I booked a GP appointment to get those tests done. Brilliant new service to add to the great personal service I always get at Regent!
