Central pharmacy staff are fantastic. Myself and my partner were really hoping to have our booster before Christmas as we help to look after my elderly grandparent. We saw on their Facebook page they were offering boosters. We contacted the pharmacy and Hayley was so helpful, she got us booked in for that day. The pharmacist who administered the vaccine provided us with all the information and was really helpful in answering our questions. We are so please that we were able to get the booster before Christmas and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy and the wonderful staff.

Recently I was given my flu and C19 booster vaccinations at Central Pharmacy; a very efficient and expert (and painless!) service. This matches the "service as usual" approach which has been provided over the last 18 months. Thank you! I was rather left thinking that there seems to be an untapped capability in the community based network of pharmacy professionals and their teams which could be empowered to even greater effect to the overall benefit of the NHS services in Wales... I was diagnosed Type 1 diabetic 18 months ago when my blood sugars topped 136. The one thing I don't have to worry about with this challenging illness is my medication because Central Pharmacy have always been there to support me. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They allow me to focus 100% on controlling my condition. For me they hold equal status with the doctors and specialists I have to deal with. My blood sugar as a result are 35-37.....thanks to all at Central Pharmacy.

It is such a breath of fresh air to have an independent pharmacy as good as Central Pharmacy available in Cardiff. Other chain pharmacies just seem to go through the motion in their approach to their customers whereas Central Pharmacy always gives you the personal touch mixed with honest, genuine and impartial service with every visit. The staff are very attentive and polite and on many occasions have gone out of their way to ensure not just mine but my family's needs were met. To me, this makes me feel customer service is always at the heart of Central Pharmacy's ethics. During Covid, I find they have taken all the measures they can to ensure their customers safety is paramount and very importantly unlike other businesses, their service has not faltered due to the pandemic. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy to anyone.

2021, December - pharmacist Hayley kindly arranged a “walk in” covid booster jab for an 89 year old gentleman friend of mine. The usual 5-star service! 2021, July - After emergency surgery and a spell in hospital, my medication was “all over the place” for some time. Needless to say, Central Pharmacy stayed on top of everything, communicating progress on my scripts regularly by email. Still a 5-Star service provided by reliable people. 2021 - They continue to provide A1 service during these still difficult times; nothing is too much trouble for any of the team at Central Pharmacy. 2020 - The “guys” at Central Pharmacy have looked after my prescriptions and other things before and during lockdown with great efficiency. They are always willing to go that extra mile to help. A 5-star pharmacy. They get better and better when my surgery mucks up my scripts!

I honestly cannot rate this pharmacy highly enough. We have been coming here for over 15 years now and the service is outstanding. The staff are professional, highly knowledgeable and incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they have always been the same. If we have any concerns we always go here first and the advice is always 100% accurate. These guys go out of their way to help and it is always with a big smile and warm welcome. I go here for my beauty products too and am so impressed with the wide range of cosmetics and skin care. I’ve even had the ladies find me my perfect foundation which I’ve worn ever since and had lots of compliments on. My mum has been here for massage treatments and thoroughly recommends also. She says she would never go anywhere else! The owner is absolutely lovely too and everyone seems so happy there! He will always find time to chat to me and ask me how I’m doing and I genuinely do enjoy going here. I thoroughly recommend. Lovely lovely people! Xxx

I popped in yesterday on a very damp grey day and it was really pleasant in there. I was served very quickly and the staff all had Halloween themed outfits on which looked really good. I always find this pharmacy friendly - however I would have valued having prescriptions delivered to us as a priority when lockdown started. My husband has leukaemia and is shielding and I am a type 1 diabetic. A friend now collects for us. But would have valued consideration from the pharmacy on this issue. Supermarkets prioritised people for deliveries and hoped our pharmacy might have also. Other than that this chemist is always helpful and staff always friendly.

Amazing customer service - i really can't speak highly enough of Central Pharmacy and the team there. I had ran out of my heart medicine and wouldn't be able to get to the store until after they had closed on a Saturday. Knowing they were not open again until Monday, i was out of options. I reached out to Rakesh to see if they could assist in putting aside my medicine so i could pick it up first thing on the following Monday morning, but they instead offered (without hesitation) for Raj to come in on the one day they are closed per week (sunday), to open the store specifically so i could obtain my medicine. There really aren't any words to describe this unparalleled level of service, I am so grateful and their selfless act of kindness will never be forgotten. Highly recommended.
