I can't fault them. They've been extremely good especially given the circumstances we were all in but through it all they still worked hard and were polite. Obviously it can be hard to be so nice to people all the time but they do try there best and that's all I can ask off people. Yes some staff can be a bit rude but you know what we don't know what is going on in people's lives. Just helpful,friendly and talkative staff, very nice and well kept pharmacy and lovely pharmacists dispenser staff and front line staff. Thank you for your continued help and support through the pandemic and there after.

Mr bhogal is an extremely helpful and pleasant person who has always been extremely helpful wonderful service sadly counter staff are not as helpful when he is absent but most of the staff are extremely good probably the finest pharmacy is Cardiff have tried a few before new centre opened but Bhogal is far nicer to deal with

Mr Bhogal is a real nice man. Such a shame the front counter person seems to know more than him. Rang today to be told it's not due to tomorrow. Yes but I am out of medication. I called and picked up the prescription and off to get it dispensed else where.

You will not find a better Pharmacy anywhere in the UK! Mr Bhogal has been an integral part of the community ever since I was a young lad. His team is exceptional and they have provided relief, for thousands, during these most difficult of times. We must remember that all concerned, share our concerns, and yet turn up each day, to maintain this vital service - especially when people like me would turn up, without notice, asking for emergency orders for his terminally ill father. So, to all team...thank you...you are greatly appreciated!

I called into this pharmacy first time this morning, firstly what a beautiful place so clean abd bright will wonderful polite staff ,I was looking to get a flu jab ,I was asked if I wanted to wait which I did not mind ,a few minutes later was called into the room to get my flu jab ,what a lovely ,friendly gentleman gave me my vaccine,it was a pleasure to walk into a beautiful place ,a special thankyou to Natalie for telling me about it..

well i know they are all under pressure with whats going on but i have been owed tablets since novenber and keep calling to be told i have to find a chemist who got some...this was before the virus so no reason for this, since the virus yes they are busy but cant get through on the phone any time of the day and was told by doctor they had my prescription on 18th march..told i would have them delivered wed 1st or thursday 2nd...well still waiting...on the last few days of tablets and it says dont go to pharmacy unless you call first...no one answers so i will have to go as i will be without my medication....

Very friendly and helpful staff, it is a busy pharmacy, but given the size of the surgery it's attached too, it shouldn't be a surprise. I have used them for several years. Thankyou!

As it does cover a wide areas of Rumney and St mellons it understandable there maybe delays some of the time they are ok but do seem to be pushed as times but other than that there as good a anywhere else
