S. C.What can I say? I was really nervous about sending my money to a company I didn't really know anything about. I thought I might be scammed but how wrong I was!! They are the most professional, reliable and genuine company I've dealt with. I received my medication in 2 days, with plenty of advice and even told that if there were any delivery issues that they would personally deal with Royal Mail for me. I honestly have no hesitation in using them again and again!
C. M.Excellent company in every respect. Especially great for emergencies, when you can't get to the GP, or if you can't get an appointment. They are completely legitimate (with registration certificates) and with low prices. Most impressively, when you have a query, they get back to you almost instantly, and the customer service assistant I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
j.Fantastic service! I placed my order Wednesday morning and by Thursday afternoon it arrived. They obviously have to assess your requirements for medication, but the process was simple and the service was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you need something quickly because you have a condition that effects your wellbeing. Nice one guys.

W.Due to moving house 25 miles away at the end of Nov due to my job and living in the countryside, I haven't joined the surgery in my new village yet, I don't drive and work 8-6 so was unable to get to my doctor 25 miles away and the medication I use cannot be got from him with a telephone consultation and hadn't been added to repeat so I was stuck.
I found instant e-Care online on Sunday night and placed my order. The order was dispatched on Monday and I received it first thing Tuesday morning.
Very good site with good communication and customer service. The order process is easy to use and I recommended them to anyone.

When my package didn't arrive they responded immediaely and refunded my express delivery postage and when it emerged that my package had gone astray with the carrier, they offered to send me a new package with fast delivery at no extra charge. I was given a full refund - and then when my package did turn up - they told me I could keep it - no charge. Really impressed with responsive service.
A.I have used instant e care 4 times and have never had a problem. Excellent customer service as well. Every delivery has been received next day either from royal mail or dpd. My last order came next day i used the standard delivery but had not got a tracking number i contacted instant E care and received am email from natalie confirming my tracking number. I cant recommend them enough.

R. P.Great service. When they started asking questions and wanted ID I thought oh Christ but it was just a few simple questions to make sure it was safe to use the medicine. The ID was just a picture of your passport. The next day delivery was impressive for £2.90 and the prices are cheap compared to other online pharmacies I deffinatly recommend instant e care and will use them again.

K. A.I had used Instantecare back in February of this year and unfortunately when reordering 2 months later was informed that they were no longer able to supply pain medication. I was highly disappointed as the time I had used them they had been great, customer service Natalie was uber polite and kind. I then had to use another online provider which was unimpressive.
I now am delighted to see Instantecare are back to normal and I have just placed an order, you do need to re register but that is fine. I am hoping that the level of service is just as good as before and I can stay with them for future medication needs as their prices are very reasonable too..unlike other online pharmacies.
I shall update review once order is shipped and received.

U.I am amazed how I was delt with , every question I asked before I bought my Meds was answered with in 10 mins Glenn and Rihanna esp was very very helpful ...I ordered my medication 3.30pm Tuesday and received it 8.30am Wednesday morning.No complications at all was giving a tracking number for royal mail and followed my package till I received it ...absolutely fantastic service highly recommended. ...thank you very much to all the team

Not only do they have a very dedicated team who is there to ensure that everything is ok with you, they also update you every step of the way when you make an order. They have by far the most competitive prices of any other online pharmacy you will be able to find ( not to mention how much cheaper they are than actual pharmacy chains); and also the best and biggest selection of medications. Orders are processed extremely quickly, and staff is always friendly and ready to give you advice over the phone when you need it. Since using Instanthe e-Care I have not used any other online pharmacy because no other online pharmacy can compete!!! Thank you so much for your incredible service, keep it up! If I could award 6 out of 5 I would gladly do so.

h.I was at first abit hesitant about placing a order as I had not used before and the reviews were of mixed opinions......but after a bit of time thinking and hearing the famous words in my head “HE WHO DARES WINS“ (Del Boy, only fools and horses) I placed and order............ I checked about 15 minutes after making the payment and it said on my account dispatched....... I thought well hopefully get them Monday but I can honestly say I have Never know delivery so quick on anything I have ever ordered ever..............I ordered at 3.40 pm Friday...... knock on the door from postwoman 8.30am Saturday with order.... absolutely unbelievable and I can see why they named it INSTANT ecare now.
On this one experience I would highly recommend anyone using them on the basis the process was convenient, non-complicated, hassle free and rapid delivery.
