C. T.I have visited Rowlands today and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and efficient and I was able to easily collect my prescription. There was an issue with one of the items but the staff had already contacted my GP so we're able to advise me about what to do. Huge improvement on my previous awful experience. Thank you all for doing such a great job.
H. W.They went out their way to help source tablets for my father-in-law and made sure they were ready to pick up from the pharmacy within a few hours. Thank you 🙏🏻 he has Alzheimer’s and only had one tablet left as the delivery service (elsewhere) didn’t have them, had Rowlands not got the tablets a new corse would have had to start again getting the correct dose etc… thank you
