Like the previous post I am disgusted by the service of some of the staff. I have been collecting the same pills from them for over two years and the last 3 months they have omitted the same pills each time. When I picked them up today I deliberately asked the young staff member who served me if the pills were in. Rather abruptly she said yes and I left. On checking them when I got home, again they were missing. I had to go back,queue again and wait in the chemist for over 20 minutes. This is so annoying and frustrating that I'm going to go to a chemist in future that knows what they are doing.

Have just been there and was discussed at the attitude of the pharmacist. There were a few in there and they were all complaining about her manner. Would be nice to be spoken to properly and not let all the room know your business. Have a little more respect for the elderly and disabled. I have always used this pharmacy and everybody has always been very friendly,I just could not believe how I was treat today. I think I will have to change pharmacy.

Just like to say a huge thank you to Lauren 27/08/21. I greatly appreciate your kindness as my mum's tablets had run out. And the rest of the staff are always helpful. Wouldn't go any where else. Thanks again. Andrea.

Have used this pharmacy for some months now for my son, who has an acquired brain injury. Have had some teething problems regarding prescriptions, however the counter staff have been very supportive & sorted the problems at source, when they can & staff member Carrys has really helped us. The pharmacists have been very helpful in advising us on the right course of medicines & their contra-indications. Also nice to see on the counter the Headway collection box & the pharmacy working to support the local charity.

Let me go the weekend without my morphine tablets which should have been delivered the first time on Wednesday and it is now the following Monday. Not acceptable.
