R. B.Shire pharmacy have gone above and beyond helping source my mother’s medication. She always struggles getting it on time and Shire pharmacy have made this so easy for us, even getting it delivered directly to her. The staff are always so helpful and polite and go out of their way to ensure each customer is looked after, there’s a lovely community feel. On occasion when she’s been short on medication, they’ve stayed after closing to prepare a few days so that she doesn’t miss any. The staff at this pharmacy are an asset and are what makes this place great!
S. O.Shire Pharmacy have been very helpful in sourcing medication that other pharmacies find hard to source. I am allergic to certain fillers in some tablets and they have always remembered this issue I have. If there is ever a problem they are quick to help or advise. All staff have a friendly helpful manner too.

They even delivered my prescriptions for me while I was shielding. Wouldn't go anywhere else they are part of the family

J. L.This pharmacy is fantastic. When I first joined GP in area in March 19, I had nearly run out off meds. I had to contact previous GP and pharmacy in Swindon to get them to fax over copy so they could sort it out. I was nearly in tears, as previous surgery was vile to me on phone. I also now get meds in dositt box, which previous chemist refused.
Since last March when pendemic hit, they have been very good, trying to deal, prescriptions, social distancing, new patients, facemasks,stroppy customers and much more as they have come up.
Staff should be given a medal, with the hassle they get of customers. Especially when it's not there fault, such as missing prescription etc.
Also don't forget they dealing with more than one GP surgery.
I haven't got a medal but supplying cake instead 😉
