I felt it necessary to leave a review today on reflection of my recent visit to the pharmacy. I took my dad for a blood test. Was greeted by a lovely young woman receptionist checked us in. Whilst waiting in this extremely busy pharmacy we was early as we was told to attend early I can now see why the queues are long. But she worked quick to get through each person and greeting each one friendly. However I was shocked to witness a customer who felt the need to shout at her for informing her she would need to rebook as her mother was called in but had no form. The member of staff was so polite and offered her an appointment later on that day. The customer was so mean I felt sorry for the receptionist. As the lady continued the shout at her. Demanding to speak to the manager. They didn't come to speak to her. Not sure if they was there. But if they were I hope they realise how lovely the receptionist was and calm towards the bad customer. I did over hear her when the women asked for her name to complain about her "not" being helpful. And it's Nadine. But I want to say you did a great job you was helpful by offering another appointment shockingly the same day as my dad waited almost a week for. Overall nice little pharmacy however being so busy it could do with more staff as the queues are always long and only one member of staff on the reception.

I've used the pharmacy for several years now. They carry out my flu vaccination and also my blood tests which are needed every six months. It has always provided a reliable and friendly service. I'd like to thank Hayley who always carries out my blood test successfully, especially as my veins can be difficult to locate.

I had been having problems with my hearing for some time , then I saw an advertisement for ear irrigation at Styvechale Pharmacy. I was somewhat apprehensive but rang and booked an appointment which was really easy . The following day I attended the appointment to see Hima who was so lovely and put me at ease and examined my ears and explained that they needed irrigating. I was provided with olive oil to apply and another appointment . Hima was so good she explained everything to me and although it took 2 appointments i now have my hearing back and wish I had done this earlier. Would definitely recommend this service. Thank you

I have an extremely poorly 18 month old grandson. After phoning more chemists than I can remember tonight to obtain his medication, i called this pharmacy and they were beyond helpful. A quick call to his gp to change his script and this chemist supplied the meds. I cannot show how grateful I am that my baby grandson will not suffer like he was for any longer. Fantastic service, I'm so very grateful. Thank you.

Had appointment at Styvechale pharmacy on 3rd November 22 to see Hima Vegad regarding a blocked ear. She was very professional and friendly, explained everything to me and solved my ear issue. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and Hima Vegad.

Always a friendly service whenever I've been. They had the prescription drug I needed in stock when other pharmacies had sold out and even managed to do organise a same day flu jab appointment when I'd had trouble organising one elsewhere.

Styvechale Pharmacy is a very efficient chemist to have near at hand in Coventry. Not only do they prepare prescriptions, they also have a wide variety of health related products for sale. There are other very valuable services that they provide. There are two blood sampling clinics and, to my great relief, an ear irrigation facility too. I have to commend Hima Vegad for getting my hearing back to normal. She was very thoughtful and efficient in her approach and added to the quality of Styvechale pharmacy.

Hima is a very friendly and helpful clinician. I had a problem with ear wax, but Hima explained the problem, told me what she was going to do, and kept reassuring me throughout the procedure. Each individual member of staff will take time to understand you on a personal level to take care of your well-being, it’s such a personal touch and it’s why I love this pharmacy! Very rude behind the counter. Not got any idea of customer service. Just upgraded this review as the person taking the blood test was courteous, chatty, efficient and most professional. 1 for counter reception 5 for the blood test.

I have visited here for blood tests throughout the pandemic. Highly recommend, Hayley is brilliant - safe, caring and professional. You do need to be on time as slots are only 5 minutes.

I have been using the pharmacy for about 15 years for prescriptions, blood tests and flu jabs. The service is generally excellent. The recently introduced system where I can collect my prescription at any time from a "hole in the wall" machine works very well for me.

Always go here for my blood tests. Easy to get an appointment, or even walk in you might be able to squeeze in. Never kept waiting long. I was 25 mins early today, fully expected to wait for my time slot but was ushered in after a couple of minutes. Bloods taken painlessly and quickly, I've had some shocking experiences of blood tests before, but never have a problem here. Five stars all day long x
