My experience here was one of outstanding efficiency and care. I needed a blood test with rapid results and Gurbaksh did his utmost to accommodate my needs. His approach was calm, friendly and reassuring; a credit to his profession!! The lady on the front desk was lovely.

This was our first visit to Vantage, booked through Harley Medic. Vantage helped us out when Harley failed to honour their next day PCR Travel Certificate as their lab was closed. Had an appointment for a PCR at 9 00 , it is a stressful time wondering if your test result is going to be negative and that your result is going to be delivered on time. The moment i arrived i was welcomed by a member of staff and the time leading up to the procedure everything was explained to me making me feel at ease. I was having the same day for receiving the test results and around 8 hrs later my result came through which was negative and with a note wishing me a wonderful holiday. I will be having my day 2 test on these premises and will be recommending Vantage Coventry to all my family and friends.

All Staff were friendly and brilliant recently during my Booster Vaccination. And I understand they were busy. What was uncomfortable, was how unclean the floor, skirting, plug sockets was (it wasn't just from one day's traffic). It is at odds with the services being offered.

Delivered as promised. Chose the same day result option for PCR. Gave the sample in morning and got my 'Fit to Fly' certificate in the evening. Also it's less expensive than other options in Coventry.

Staff is extremely supportive and provide good help, But the problem here is, i got my covid test done, and now.. the report is not having the barcode. It is of no use and i am left with no option, i have my flight tomorrow morning, how am I supposed to cope this up with?

I chose to use this pharmacy for some advice and information and medication. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me enormously with information and advice on what I needed and my current medications. Staff facing challenges at the time I was there with difficulties of a non working phone line was causing a lot of problems but the staff were determined and professional in their approach and responses. Just had my Yellow Fever and Rabies jabs today with Gurbs before my forthcoming trip to Africa. I was seen on time and Gurbs took time to explain all the pros and cons and made me feel relaxed about things. he was careful with the injections and one of them I really didn't even feel the needle go in! Certainly a positive experience all round.
