I. A.Knowledgeable staff, but as very small premises there is limited range if goods in stock. Will order items for you though. They also deliver Prescriptions to people's homes.

We are sorry that you did not have a satisfactory experience using our services. As you may rightfully expect, we take every comment very seriously. Your comment was made at the height of lock down when there was considerable disruption to normal day to day activity with front line pharmacy services severely stretched. However, this is NOT an excuse for any patient to receive substandard service. Looking at your case specifically we were unable to locate any record of you using this pharmacy at any point in the past. Consequently it would have been wrong of us to suggest any form of treatment without prior knowledge of your medical history. We are frequently recommending alternatives to medicines but the request is usually initiated by the prescriber.
