Is it silly to say that this might be the most beautiful Boots I have ever seen?! Incredible choice of products from make up/beauty, health, wellbeing, prescriptions etc. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area. It was very clean and sparkly, had everything I needed and check out was smooth and quick. What more could you want???

Let me just say that the ladies who work in this little boots are absolutely fantastic and are so very charming. Without question, five star service on their part always. However, today was a complete disappointment. The young man who was managing the checkout was very rude, uninterest and had poor customer services. He did not ask if I wanted a bag. He did not ask if I had a boots card. He told me the total and said nothing else. When the money transaction was complete, he just walked away without saying a word and back to the conversation with his colleagues attending the pharmacy side of the shop. He did not even say goodbye or have a nice day. I left feeling very awkward.

I'm in a mobility scooter and the doors were not automated. The staff saw me coming and quickly opened the doors, helping me every step of the way until I left. Both ladies I dealt with went above and beyond to offer amazing service.
