There used to be some problems but now is a completely different experience the staff are so helpful and courteous and very helpful nothing is to much trouble to them well done on your customer service keep up the good work you are a credit to well

Had a problem with prescription via GP but everyone in this Pharmacy went above and beyond to help and sorted out eventually, all the girls and Pharmacist where brilliant.

CO-OP Pharmacy Lochend Road. is an excellent chemist which treats you with dignity and respect..... The Manager Louis and Samantha are both great, and will go out of their way to get it, if they have not got what your after in stock....... Easy to get to from anywhere in EH7 area. 5 Stars...
