D. m.When you walk in the staff at desk are so welcoming and really nice to speak to they help so quickly and if not they get the pharmacy to help within mins you don't need to wait long for a prescription and they have worked threw the whole 2 years of co-vid am so grateful for all there support threw really hard times a would recommend it if you need help or not wanting to wait long for a prescription then this is place to go 5 stars easy !!!
J. M.I tried over 30 pharmacies for prescription that was apparently out of stock due to a manufacturing issue. However phoned Westwood pharmacy and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to get me it in within a few hours. Also ensured they had supply for my next prescriptions. Top class staff.
C. W.The Westwood Pharmacy is singlehandedly the best pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure of using. I was turned away from Llyods and Boots, with nothing more than a "Sorry, we don't have your prescription, try somewhere else." I stopped in at the Westwood pharmacy on my way home to try my luck, and they gave me what stock they could AND phoned the ACTUAL SUPPLIER of my meds to inquire as to why they couldn't get stock. They went above and beyond for me, were incredibly courteous and kind, kept me updated on the proceedings and when they finally managed to secure my prescription, they informed me that they would keep a supply for me on hand.
Honestly folks, use your local! If you don't use it you'll lose it, and Westwood Pharmacy is too amazing a service to lose.
S. S.The current situation is tough not only for general public but also pharmacy and Thier teams to every nurse and doctors. Had to Q outside yesterday and wait as one person at a time which took around 5 mins which no big deal - greeted by pleasant girl and try to find my medicine unfortunately couldn't find it but to be fair the whole place was packed with waiting on pick ups which looks like a mammoth task in itself but got a knock on front door last night about 9pm and guess who is only the pharmacist delivering my medicine !! Wow what a guy telling me he found it - if that's not going above a beyond well I'm not sure what is a great human being and I personally say thank you

I have used this pharmacy on quite a few occasions and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. I recently left a parcel with them to be collected by dpd.co.uk for delivery to the Far East.
