First time I've used this pharmacy, what a lovely experience. The staff were lovely, helpful, kind and polite. Helped me to my car with my prescription, informed me they actually can do home delivery which is great to know. I'm definitely changing to this pharmacy from now on, 100% recommend them.Thank you to the young lady who dealt with me on the day, much appreciated regards Simon 😊

It's a chemist so what you see is what you get, depending on what mood the staff are in depends on how you get treated. The young blonde girl can be quite abrupt sometimes but then other times can be smiling and helpful. I've noticed most of the staff are the same, the wait time especially weekend is bad and you have tp stand outside even if its raining, if you say anything it's the same response you get from most places of "we are short staffed". If there was another pharmacy avalible on the weekends I would go elsewhere but without traveling miles I have no other options

I would give the staff at this usually efficient pharmacy quite good commendations, however their control and efficiency when it comes to delivering prescription items is becoming not very good at all. 3 times they have delivered a controlled drug to the WRONG place and not got a readable signature. I get very angry when a serious drug is so carelessly handled. If it had got into the wrong hands there could have been serious repercussions .

My prescriptions are now dealt with by Newington and I cannot fault the service which is provided, meds are ready when expected and the staff are very welcoming. My gratitude goes out to one particular member of staff (Mandy) who managed to conjure up my meds just in time, as I’m on long term meds for my illness, for me after all other pharmacies had told me they could not get any before my meds had run out. Would recommend this pharmacy to all.

Friendly and helpful. Me and my family get a lot of prescriptions between us so use this pharmacy regularly. I've been here quite late when I've had no time to see a doctor and they helped with good advice and medication. Exellent service.

Service seems to always be a little bit slow from initial contact to collecting. Staff are good though and helpful. Have gone above and beyond since lockdown 2020 so all in all not a bad place.

Nice and good but not excellent. I am going there from one year and if I compare their service, its going bad directions day by day. Some staff even do not have proper information of system where they are working. Well, they are good among the other local pharmacies.
