Today, my friend picked up my medication for me.... Thank you so much. Having recently moved here and having mobility issues, I find I can't quite get used to living in a city again, at the moment. You were very kind to my friend and I am grateful for your help; thank you!

''3 in the shop at a time'' rule still in place.. I ain't standing outside in the rain while you serve the local smackheads their methadone.. Never once have they got my prescription correct.ive had important items missing from my bag when I get home and they refused to give me it or replace it.. been 5 days without my pain relief at the moment because of their incompetence at having stuff in stock.. truly awful service

This is such a busy pharmacy and with covid restrictions they can only allow 2 people in the shop at any time. Despite the restrictions the staff try their hardest to get our medicines to us on time and without hassle. The staff really are increadible at this very difficult time. I give them 5 stars because they never seem to stop working. Thanks guy and girls x x x x x x
