M. A.Staff very friendly, had my covid injections no problem, but now I have to get the spring booster and they don't have any, and not sure when they will have. Hospital are doing it though if anyone needs it.
M. B.This place isn't very pleasant at the moment, which is a shame because it used to be good.
The vaccine staff on the street can be pretty rude, more than once I've felt like they were ordering me around and telling me what to do, despite me not being there for a vaccine. The regular pharmacy staff then seem inconvenienced and unhappy to see you, like you're too much trouble.
Bottom line, I no longer feel comfortable or welcome in this place and am now sending my prescriptions elsewhere.

L. F.Excellent place for your coronavirus vaccination
We were quite early as I was worried about parking (there’s a huge car park about two doors away on the same road), staff were all wearing masks, were pleasant and efficient. There is socially distanced seating outside and inside but we barely needed it we were seen so quickly. Myself and my colleague were greeted, vaccinated and on our way back to the car within less than 10 minutes of arriving. Really excellent service.

L. D.Updating the review as I had my second Covid vaccination there today when my GP surgery messed my second appointment up. I rang 119 and got in here the next day. I thought it was overall a good service and a godsend given I was at the 11 week stage and having to face a 14 week vaccination by my GP, if not. I will give the pharmacy side another try based on this experience when things normalise.
Awful. If I could give them zero stars I would. Consistently poor service by two different people over two consecutive days. Third world level of customer service. Yesterday they tried to claim my nominated pharmacy was Boots despite being with them for years and when I was there to collect a prescription I had been told was there they shrugged and did nothing to help me at all. They were rude. Removed them as my nominated pharmacy yesterday but had to go back today to collect the prescription. I had a valid PPC number which I do not actually legally need to provide but had anyway and got attacked for only having an expiry date of December 2020. Apparently I needed the specific date, which is not the case at all. Should the certificate not be current, the NHS would bill me directly but it was active and I had given the number. The person was rude. I will never use them again and I would suggest everyone else avoids them too. Disgusting, rude, service.

K. F.Great selection of off the shelf products. Very helpful staff. Large and airy so you don't feel like you're about to knock things over with your elbows or bags. There are a few seats I think which is good. There are also treatment rooms but I haven't used those services. There is a carpark nearby or temporary parking in a bay opposite.
