Reviews of Al-Shafa Pharmacy
L. G.I have been using Al Shafa for some time after having constant issues at Boots across the road. I have found the staff friendly and polite, especially the lady who works there regularly. She is lovely and friendly and always asks after me. Very rarely had any issues but when there has been, its been handled professionally and swiftly and they were apologetic and sincere (unlike boots who accused me of losing a prescription when they were the ones that lost it, caused me to go without medications that have awful withdrawal symptoms and then didn't even apologise).
N. R.Staff if very helpful (most of the time) but still provide a great service. I love at how late they are open and the delivery service they provide is very good.
