There's too much customer negativity I go to knights week in week out the service is absolutely fantastic. They know me as soon as I walk in the door but still ask my name and address they probably know it better than I do. I'm sure the amount of hours they work up there there's going to be one day where they are not going to get it rite but remember this customers you have off days also. Treat them with respect.
