Brilliant customer service from all the staff unlike a nearby pharmacy. Everything is on time so efficient

Sadly unhappy by way I was treated today. On advice from doctors surgery asked to speak to pharmacist. Was denied this and feel person I spoke to was not totally qualified to advise. May have meant well but feel I was fobbed off just because pharmacist was busy. Accept difficult times but I was treated dismissively. Have had no serious issues previously with this pharmacy.

This is one of the chemists I have ever had. The staff are brilliant .and it's never too much trouble for them if you have any questions. I sat in with Costas the pharma the other day and took his time to explain how important it is to take statins at my age. Which was brilliant as my gp had never explained before. Thank you so much. All the staff here are so helpful and friendly, sometimes a bit of a wait but that's because they take the time to explain things re prescriptions etc. Would definitely recommend.
