My husband and myself visited this afternoon for our Covid booster vaccinations. My husband has difficulties with his mobility and they were so helpful in finding him a seat whilst we were waiting (which wasn't long).It was a painless visit. Thank you

The overall customer service from start to finish was second to none, very easy process when receiving my first covid vaccination. The vaccinator was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this pharmacy to the general public of Leicester.

Went for my vaccine and they were very nice and friendly. I could also see the dividers placed around the till and hand sanitisers. The parking lot is quite a good size and the pharmacy looks clean and modern.

Visted due to Vaccine, due to some misunderstanding found it difficult initially but Ash, Disha and Anuq sorted the issue and smoothly was resolved. Great team and big shout out to them!

Visited for 1st dose of my Vaccine ONLY) Must say I'm very very impressed with how quick and efficient and easy the whole process was! I had heard various things about after the vaccine,but luckily I was in and out within my alloted time! Staff super freindly and adhered to all current government guidelines! Will be back for 2nd dose soon, if as quick and easy just wow what an amazing efficient vaccine site!

3*** stars 🌟 may be a little harsh but I was very disappointed with the untidiness in and around the outside, having arrived here in the morning you would expect the place to be tidy up, otherwise the rest of place was ok and the staff were welcoming polite and helpful.
