M. S.The staff are friendly & always very busy. When collecting you prescriptions, please check your drugs for accuracy. On 2 occasions the Dr amended the medication but the pharmacy have wrongly dispensed drugs different to the prescription & then claim the surgery wrongly instructed them. On both occasions I have checked to find out where this went wrong & the instructions were correct. Fir safe keeping, please check your drugs when you receive them, ‘before leaving the pharmacy’..
P. H.This Boots is predominantly for pharmacy. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I think that they get hassle from their prescription customers and consequently are sometimes stressed. They do their best.
