I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and I can quite honestly say they are the best pharmacy on the lane! I have made good friends with the staff,each one of them are lovely. Always make time to talk to you. Even greets me by name as I walk through the door! Can't feel any more special than that. The staff are so down to earth and really make you feeling welcomed with smiles. They are quick,you don't have to wait long for your prescription. What I love about this place is the open through lunch AND open till 5:30 on a Saturday! Great place and highly recommended 👌

I can’t rate this team at the pharmacy enough particularly Jo. She has done everything she possibly could to make the last two very stressful months just that little bit easier. Great team great pharmacy.

There are only a few members of staff that seem to know what they are doing. The rest just stand around talking in the back. I stood there for around 30 minutes, waiting, whilst the staff stood around talking about what they did the night before. One woman in there is excellent. She is very efficient and if it wasn't for her, the place would not run. They need to work on there customer service and actually do there jobs, instead of talking about there nights out. They definitely need to make some major improvements.

Moved to this pharmacy a few years ago and very glad we did. Staff always helpful and have dealt well with Covid and the recent move to new premises. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you to the staff for all your help and support !

Update 28th Jan 2019 still excellent service no complaints after 10 months as a customer. Review 3/18 Moved our custom to Howitts about 2 months ago after having nothing but grief at my previous pharmacy. I am so glad I did. Everything is different for the good. The premises are modern clean and well staffed.The staff are brilliant, they are friendly and welcoming. They know what they are doing and nothing is too much trouble.The service is quick and efficient.The turn round of the prescription orders is swift. There is very little queuing. The phones are answered quickly so you do not have to wait long to reorder medication. I would recommend this pharmacy

I go to howitts pharmacy every day for 8 years I have schizophrenia and because of my condition I can't Have more than a week at once because I am suicidal The staff have always been very helpful and friendly service When I moved further away I still stayed with howitts I personally recommend howitts The staff are very kind wonderful helpful people I would like to thank all of the staff for treating me So well. Mohon stop being a snowflake. Using words like disgusting because you had an out of date paracetamol. The staff here are second to none and very informed! I can't recommend this place high enough. Great job ladies!
